Get Involved

As ILE matures from its early seed programs, highest priority needs include:

• Volunteers: We have a great need for safe adult volunteers interested and able to connect on a persistent, 1x1 basis with students in our Ile AfterSchool program. (More details about the program can be found here, and our volunteer application is available here). We also need helpers to assist with program logistics such as transportation, warming donated meals, post-activity clean-up, and coordinating resource donations and distribution for the ResourceBank.

• Partners: We seek ministry, church, and business collaboration to creatively meet community needs and fill resource gaps. Areas of example partnership opportunity include volunteer recruitment, technology, transportation, training for staff, and education and job-shadow opportunities for students.

• Resources: We seek resources to provision our ResourceBank, such as basic necessities for families.

• Funding: We seek funds to support our programs, such as learning activities and tools for students.
